Serena placed 13th, being sent home by lipsync assassin and fellow season 5 castmate Coco Montrese. In May 2021, it was announced that Serena ChaCha would be returning to compete on All Stars 6. Coco placed 10th, Alyssa 5th, Roxxxy 4th, Detox as co-runner-up and Alaska won the competition. In August 2016, Alaska, Alyssa Edwards, Coco Montrese, Detox, and Roxxxy Andrews returned to compete on All Stars 2. Ivy Winters won the Miss Congeniality award at the finale as voted by the audience. The winner of Season 5 was Jinkx Monsoon, with Alaska and Roxxxy Andrews placing as runners-up.
